I’m not only a mortgage loan broker, and real estate agent; I’m a husband and partner to my beautiful wife, and father to 2 amazing kids, Faith 17 and Dylan 13. We are a travel baseball family, and my daughter is a 2 sport varsity athlete in water polo and swimming with a GPA of 4.4. I could not be more proud of my family and love spending time with them when I’m not working. I also enjoy golf, being out doors, hanging out by the pool in our back yard, concerts and really anything social.

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
