I am personally licensed in CO but I have colleagues licensed in CA, CO, FL, HI, OR, TN, TX, and WA to help you no matter where you are!

Over 28 years as a Personal Mortgage Consultant, I have assisted thousands of families to buy or refinance condos, townhouses & single-family homes.

I am a Colorado Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) approved lender who can guide Buyers to utilize DownPayment Assistance that does NOT require a person to be a first-time buyer!

In addition to traditional residential lending, I have access to bank statement programs for self-employed clients who deduct a lot of expenses and cannot qualify under standard underwriting guidelines and investor products where the client’s income is not a factor at all.

I can also help clients with commercial loans!

Our Loan Process

1: Pre-Approval

A loan pre-approval sets you up for a smooth home buying experience.

2: Shop

Start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

3: Loan Application

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

4: Loan Processing

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5: Underwriting

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
